Bruce Jenner is only separated from Kris Jenner, but he is acting like a free man!  

A source reveals to In Touch that the newly separated Bruce Jenner was spotted dining sans Kardashians at Andrea's, in Las Vegas; According to an onlooker, "He was so care free, laughing, with a party of 23 out-on-the-town"  

The insider adds, "on the show he always looks so stressed with Kris and his family, but he was such a happy and friendly guy."  

"Bruce was given VIP treatment, and so were all of his friends,” the source explains. “He can enjoy his fame without Kris, obviously."But he does look like an old chick"
